1. Ecoslay Lemon Buttercream / 118ml (18€)
Note: Due to its naturalness, the product should ideally be stored in a cool place (e.g. in the refrigerator).
About the product
Ecoslay's Lemon Buttercream is a versatile styling cream. It gives you moisturized and defined results. It is the perfect styling base for a subsequent styler such as gel or foam.
With lemon and vanilla essential oils, this delicately scented, lightweight cream is ideal for anyone wanting softer curls or twists, braids, knots and other protective styles with the perfect combination of hold, volume and moisture.
Application
Divide your hair using a suitable curling comb or curling brush . Then work a varying amount of Lemon Buttercream into wet hair, depending on the thickness of your hair, and knead it into the hair.
Ideally, use Ecoslay's Orange Marmalade as a holding gel afterwards and as a third product the Ecoslay Jello Shot for even more volume.
2. All Things Hair Deep Conditioner / 237ml (35€)
About the product
This deep conditioner will get your hair safely through the cold season. This deep-acting deep conditioner is enriched with rose and hibiscus extract, among other things, as well as valuable oils that will make your hair velvety soft. Among other things, it contains babassu oil, which contains both lauric and myristic acid, both fatty acids that have excellent moisturizing properties and can also prevent split ends. The oil also forms a thin protective layer on the hair that prevents damage from environmental influences or friction.
Application
Apply the hair mask to the lengths and ends of washed, damp hair and leave on for 10 minutes, then rinse thoroughly. For even deeper care, leave on for longer, then rinse thoroughly. Ideally, wear a shower cap so that the product can be absorbed even better by the hair.

3. Ecoslay Orange Maramalde / 59ml (€9.90) 
About the product
Orange Marmalade is the best-seller among curl gels. Inspired by homemade linseed gel, Adria, the founder of Ecoslay, has created a holy grail product that is used by all types of curls around the world.
Despite the effectiveness of Orange Marmalade, no naturalness is lost. The formula of Orange Marmalade ensures super defined curls with incredible shine. Linseed extract and agave are responsible for the strong hold, while aloe vera moisturizes the hair.
Application
Step 1
First, apply the Ecoslay Lemon Buttercream from door 1 as a leave-in product. Then rub the gel between your hands and apply it to wet hair using the Praying Hands method, for example, by rubbing it from top to bottom over your hair strands between both hands.
Step 2
Go upside down and gently scrunch the hair in upward motions to make the curls bounce and form their pattern.
Step 3
Air dry or diffuse with a hair dryer. Make sure to turn your head in all directions while drying to increase volume. Do not touch the hair while drying.
Step 4
Once the hair is completely dry, knead it again to break the cast and make your hair super soft and smooth.
Tip from the Lockenbox Team
Apply all leave-in products (leave-in conditioners, creams, foams and gels) to wet hair - this way the product is easier to distribute and coats the curls evenly instead of sticking them together!
4. Rainbow Curls Curly Girl Shower Cap (€15)
A shower cap - but specifically for curly hair. And no, it's there to keep your hair from getting wet while you swim.
The shower cap has, among other things, 2 great uses that are absolutely brilliant:
As curly-haired people, we should regularly use deep conditioner to ensure our thirsty curls are adequately cared for - especially during the cold winter!
The whole thing becomes more effective when you bring heat into play - the swim cap generates heat so that the deep conditioner can work much better.
For example, apply the ATH Deep Conditioner from door 2 and then put the shower cap on while it is working.
To ensure that styling products can develop their full effect and the hair has time to absorb them well while still wet, it is a good idea to do wet plopping. So after you have applied your styling products (e.g. leave-in and gel), put on the shower cap and give the styling products 10-15 minutes to be absorbed by the hair.
The result: significantly hydrated and defined waves/curls.

5. Ecoslay Matcha Boost Protein Shake / 59ml (€9.90)
About the product
Note : Due to its naturalness, the product should ideally be stored in a cool place (e.g. in the fridge). This Protein Deep Conditioner from Ecoslay is a game changer for most curly hair: it works deeply but doesn't weigh down the hair at all. With hydrolyzed quinoa and keratin proteins, the Matcha Boost protein shake strengthens your curly hair. Application
Distribute the protein treatment generously on clean, wet hair. Now detangle your hair with a suitable curling brush or curling comb. Make sure the product is evenly distributed. Leave the mask on for about 5-10 minutes, preferably under the Rainbow Curls Shower Cap. Rinse thoroughly. For a perfect result, follow immediately with the moisturizingEcoslay Banana Cream Conditioner .
6. Curly Angels Shampoo / 100ml (15€)
About the product
The Curly Angels Shampoo is a sulfate-free, deep-cleansing shampoo that reliably removes buildup from your scalp. It doesn't dry out your hair, but can even protect against breakage and is also vegan.
Application
Apply the shampoo to wet hair and massage the product into your scalp in circular motions. Finally, rinse the shampoo out thoroughly and follow with a conditioner or deep conditioner.
Note : Did you get a different product? Then you probably unpacked number 9 by mistake. ;)

8. For Kinks n' Curls /180ml (20€) 
About the product
The Growth Serum is a blend of some very effective oils, including jojoba oil. Jojoba oil has a wonderful property: it does not feel heavy on the hair, although it is rich and nourishing. The oil penetrates the hair quickly, strengthens it from within and helps to balance the sebum production of the scalp.
Application
For dry or damp hair. Can be used on the scalp and lengths of the hair.
As a scalp treatment : Apply directly to the scalp and massage in with fingertips. Rinse with shampoo after 10-15 minutes.
Can also be used as a finishing product to add shine to the hair strands. For hair that is easily weighed down, a small amount is enough. No need to rinse. For external use only.
8. Chey Hair Care Multi Purpose Oil /30 ml (16€) 
About the product
The Multi Purpose Oil is called that because you can use it in a variety of ways. It consists of particularly precious oils and extracts. At the top of the list you will find grape seed oil, which is an excellent choice for sealing moisture in the hair and moisturizing it. Due to its light texture, the hair does not feel greasy and is therefore a good choice for fine hair. Thanks to its high content of antioxidants, vitamin E and omega fatty acids, it can strengthen weak or brittle hair and give it new shine. Ginkgo extract, in turn, promotes hair growth and tea tree oil soothes the scalp & improves the overall health of the scalp.
Application
For daily use: Work a few drops into hair to counteract frizz & add shine.
As a treatment: Apply the oil all over your hair & leave it on for at least 10 minutes or overnight. Rinse thoroughly after use.
Gelcast: Use a few drops of oil to break up the hard gelcast layer that can form after the hair dries.
9. Inahsi Naturals Define & Shine Mango Papaya Curl Defining Custard /59 ml (€7.90)
About the product
This natural custard gel from Inahsi Naturals (pudding-like consistency) without coconut oil moisturizes the curls, defines them and gives them an incomparable shine. The panthenol and the rich oils from avocado and sunflower seeds strengthen and repair the hair. The hydrolyzed oat protein nourishes, moisturizes and gives the curls a beautiful shine. The gluten-free custard offers a light to medium hold without leaving any white residue.
Application
Once the hair has been thoroughly detangled, divide it into sections and work the styler into the hair (eg Praying Hands). Start with a small amount and add more as needed. For more volume, work some of the styler into the roots and lower sections of the hair and scrunch the hair upwards in sections, holding each section at the top of the roots for 10 seconds.
Tip : Use the Lemon Buttercream from door 1 as a leave-in, then follow with the gel. To scrunch out the gelcast, use the oil from door 8.
10. Earth Rhythm Shampoo Bar with Biotin, Niacinamide & Ginseng Extract (14€) 
About the product
The Earth Rhythm Murumuru Shampoo Bar is a solid, sulfate-free shampoo with effective plant ingredients that your hair will love, and is also handmade and sustainably packaged. Enriched with biotin, niacinamide and ginseng extract. The shampoo bar supports keratin formation, increases hair volume, reduces hair breakage and strengthens the hair roots.
Application
First, wet your hair thoroughly, then you can lather the solid shampoo in your hand or use circular movements on your head to make it foam. Now massage the foam thoroughly but gently into your scalp and allow the solid shampoo to work for a while, for about 1 minute. Then rinse the foam out. The lengths of your hair are automatically cleaned. Continue with a conditioner or hair treatment.
11. Umberto Giannini | Flowerology Orange + Rosemary Vegan Foaming Volume Mousse /150 ml (€12.95) 
About the product
A 97% natural, vegan and cruelty-free volumizing mousse that repairs, strengthens and adds shine to hair, perfect for voluminous hair. With wheat protein to strengthen damaged hair. Cardamom seed oil, rosemary leaf oil, cedarwood oil, orange peel extract, mint leaf oil as well as provitamin B5 and vitamin E nourish the hair deeply.
Application
Make sure your hair is well detangled. Apply a leave-in product if necessary. Now apply the mousse to your strands and ensure that it is evenly distributed. Use it throughout damp hair for optimal results. For each application, take 2-3 pumps in your hand and use your fingers to gently separate and shape the hair. Then use a gel for more hold, otherwise you can still benefit from a voluminous result.
12. Miribel Naturals Powerhouse Protein Cream (€28.50) 
About the product
The perfect curl cream to give hair strength and bounce. Shapes and conditions hair without weighing it down. Rice Protein and Wheat Protein are among the first 6 ingredients and strengthen hair so it holds its shape. Rhodiola Root Extract, Chia Seed Oil and Neptune Kelp Extract help repair damaged hair. Amaranthus Caudatus Seed Extract penetrates deep into damaged hair and contains lipids that help hair build a protective barrier. Baobab Oil is rich in Omega-3 fatty acids and moisturizes to balance the protein.
Application
Divide your hair using a suitable curling comb or curling brush. Then work a varying amount of protein cream into wet hair, depending on the thickness of your hair, and scrunch it into your hair. Ideally, use a hold gel afterwards.

12. Les Secrets de Loly Kurl Nectar /250 ml 
About the product
The Kurl Nektar is a moisturizing, vitamin-rich leave-in care cream that gives bounce and vitality without weighing down the curls. Its moisturizing ingredients (aloe vera, honey) hydrate the hair again in depth, which also counteracts frizz, while pro-vitamin B5, castor oil and cocoa butter nourish the hair and protect it from harmful environmental influences.
Application
The leave-in conditioner is applied to clean, wet hair and does not wash out. Start with a pea-sized amount and apply the product to your hair section by section. Now detangle your hair again with a wide-toothed comb or a curling brush. For more volume, do not place your brush on the outside of your hair as usual, but on the inside of your hair and brush from top to bottom. This will also bundle the curls at the same time. To define and shape your curls, knead the product in. For the best results, we recommend adjusting the amount of product to the density and thickness of your hair, and “diluting” the product with a little water if necessary - this method can make a huge difference in the result, especially with finer hair. Now continue with the Les Secrets de Loly Boost Curl Styling Gel, for example.
13. Rainbow Curls Must-Have Curly Hair Sectioning Clips ($12) 
About the product
Curl styling has never been so easy: these sectioning clips are perfect for dividing your hair into sections for styling and pinning the hair to the side.
Application
Make sure that your hair is well untangled before you start styling. Depending on the amount of hair, divide the hair into several sections and then use the sectioning clips to pin the upper sections to the side so that you can style the lower section of hair without being disturbed.

However, always choose a low heat setting as high heat can further damage hair.

Application
Step 1
Apply to wet hair after showering. Distribute the volume foam from roots to tips and cover all strands. For more definition, you can apply a gel before or after, e.g. Ecoslay Orange Maramalde from door 3.
Step 2
Turn over and scrunch the hair upward, adding extra product to the root area.
Step 3

Application
Mix 2 tablespoons with lukewarm water until you get a homogeneous paste that is neither too liquid nor too thick. Apply to damp, clean hair and ideally leave under a hair cap for 30 minutes.

22. Curly Angels Glorious Curling Gel (€15) 
About the product
Thanks to specially selected plant extracts, this vegan gel is more than just a curl fixer, it gives your curls long-lasting hold and definition. Leave bad hair days behind you and enjoy the beautiful shine of your curls and waves.
Application
Put a small amount of the gel in the palm of your hand and work it evenly into wet hair, section by section. To enhance the curls, scrunch the gel into your hair vigorously while upside down or tilt your head to the side to work it in evenly. Now let your hair air dry or diffuse it. The gel can form a hard gel layer, also called a gel cast (your hair will feel hard, as if it was frozen). After your hair is completely dry, scrunch the gel cast completely with your hands, optionally with a serum or oil, until your hair feels very soft. A silk scarf is also a good option here for less frizz. Tip: Let your hair rest for 10-15 minutes before scrunching out the cast. Finally, you can gently lift your hair with your fingers or an afro pick right at the roots to create volume.
23. Rainbow Curls Scalp Massager (€14)

Application
Unscrew the cap and press the button on the base to release the drops. Pour 6 drops into the palm of your hand with a shampoo and wash the scalp as usual. Use every wash day until the scalp is soothed. Then use weekly or bi-weekly as a maintenance treatment.
