How long does shipping take?
Our products usually reach you within Germany within 1-3 working days after your order. For deliveries to countries outside Germany, the shipping time is usually 3-6 working days.
Please note that Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are not working days.
In exceptional cases, such as during sales events or at Christmas time, there may be delays. Nevertheless, we always do our best to ensure that your order reaches you as quickly as possible.
Our packages are sent exclusively with DHL - whether within Germany or internationally.
Which countries do you ship to?
We deliver to all EU countries, the USA, Switzerland and Norway.
Can I have my order delivered to a Packstation?
Of course, that’s no problem for us.
Please note the correct information at packing stations.
1. Street field = write "Packstation"
2. House number field = three-digit number of your desired Packstation
3. Address supplement = your postal number
Then just add the postcode and the location of the Packstation – done!

All heat protection products in our shop are formulated to be curl-friendly . This means they are free from silicones, sulfates, parabens, drying alcohols and harmful mineral oils or waxes.
But what is UV protection all about?
In the summertime we all know that we need sun protection for our skin, but we pay less attention to our hair ☀️.
Our hair doesn't like strong sunlight, friction from sun hats, salt water and chlorine very much, but that doesn't mean we want to miss out on sunbathing and swimming on vacation 💦.
Some products therefore contain not only a heat protection ingredient, but also UV protection . To do this, use our filter function and search for "UV protection".
Here are more tips for your hair care in summer:
- Integrate nourishing curl products that protect against UV rays.
- To protect your locks, avoid excessive exposure to chlorine or salt water. If possible, pin or tie your hair up before swimming to minimize contact with salt and chlorine.
- Care for your hair after sunbathing or swimming. A deep cleansing shampoo helps to remove residue, while nourishing products such as conditioners, masks and leave-ins close the hair cuticle and form a protective barrier.
