Why can you transform your hair with Lockenbox?
Many prefer to straighten their curls because they find it difficult to control the result. The best way to control the result is to use slightly different products every wash day. Because only then you can "listen" to the needs of your hair and respond with the right ingredients. In our box are monthly changing products included. All products are free of sulfates, silicones, parabens, harmful alcohols and waxes. The botanical ingredients are very different each month. Each new product brings different valuable ingredients in terms of proteins, moisture, emollients & hold-giving ingredients. After a few boxes you have the perfect "portfolio" of products at home and can solve any curl problem :)
When will I receive my first Lockenbox?
You will receive your first box between 5-10 days after ordering your Lockenbox subscription. All subsequent boxes are always sent from the 20th of the respective month.
How can I change my delivery interval?
You can easily change your delivery interval directly after your Lockenbox subscription order in your customer account.
1. Log into your customer account.
2. Click on "Manage Lockenbox Subscription" and then go to "Membership".
3. Click on your Lockenbox subscription. Here you can change your delivery interval to 1, 2 or 3 months at any time.
Are the products CGM-safe/CGM-approved?
Yes. All curl boxes are free from: non-water soluble silicones, sulfates, drying alcohols, mineral oil based products, non-water soluble petroleum based waxes and parabens.
Can I cancel, pause or reactivate my membership?
Of course you can! You can pause, cancel & reactivate your subscription at any time without ifs and buts via your customer account :) The 5th of each month is the cancellation deadline to stop your next box from shipping.
Do I have to reorder my box every month?
No, you do not have to order the Lockenbox again after your first order. Because if you have ordered a Lockenbox, you automatically have a fixed place in the subscription, until your cancellation. So as long as you have an active subscription, your Lockenbox will automatically be sent to you every month or every 2 or 3 months.
How many products are included in a box?
Each box contains 4-5 products, including washing, conditioning and styling products suitable for wavy & curly hair. Partly may also include an accessory such as a curl friendly brush.
Which sizes have the products?
The value in each box is equal to 65-90€. The sizes correspond to this value. Usually 3 Full Sizes + 1 Travel Size product over 60ml are included. Sometimes only Full Sizes are included. In any case, the value of goods is between 65-90 € and the product quantity is perfectly matched :)
Are the products really of such high quality?
Yes! The products in the box are not available in German drugstores and they are much more effective than these. Also, all products are free of: non-water soluble silicones sulfates, bad alcohols, mineral oil based products, non-water soluble petroleum based waxes and parabens..
Do I always get 5% on all products in your online shop?
The 5% on all products in the online shop are valid during an active subscription. You can pause and reactivate your subscription at any time in your customer account.
