We are a young company from the Stuttgart area with the mission to revolutionize the curly hair market in Germany and beyond. And that is exactly what we achieved in 2019: As Germany's first subscription box for curly hair, we were able to significantly shape the movement for natural curly hair care in Germany. Little by little, we were able to convince international curly hair brands that the German market has great potential. The "fallow land" for curly hair in Germany has since become history. Every day, we convince new brands and continue to expand our curly hair landscape.

In the same way, we show our customers that wavy, curly and Afro hair is beautiful and worth learning to understand and care for with lots of love.

We are on a steep growth path. And that is exactly why we are looking for YOU . Starting immediately in the area of:

• Digital Content Creation

your tasks

• Planning, coordination, production and publication of content for our social media channels, also in collaboration with other content creators
• Further development of the content of our social media presence: researching trends on TikTok, Instagram, etc., and developing ideas for new, creative content that appeals to our target group
• Content Creation with *YOU* in front of the camera
• You can be seen in stories, reels, TikTok videos, etc.
• Continuous creation of creatives for all social media channels important for Lockenbox (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook)
• Strategic development of our TikTok channel
• Daily interaction with the community by answering DMs and comments

Your strengths and qualifications

• You speak fluent German, have impeccable spelling and have a good knowledge of English.
  
  
• Ideally, you already have experience on Tik Tok and/or Instagram, possibly in the form of your own channel (not a must!).
  
  
• Since we are 100% concerned with textured hair, the prerequisite is that you have wavy-curly hair and an affinity for caring for and styling it 😊
  
  
• You have a high affinity for content creation and ideally already have practical experience in content creation and adaptation for the above-mentioned channels.
  
  
• You feel comfortable in front of the camera and speak and move confidently when dealing with the media
  
  
• Tik Tok is a familiar landscape for you & you have an eye for trends on Tik Tok
  
  
• You have a good feel for the special features of the various social media channels: How should the content be adapted/optimized (wording, image selection, filters if necessary)? When are posts most successful? Etc.
  
  
• Your way of working is characterized by independence, initiative, goal orientation and flexibility
