Please note:
Hot sauce gets its red color from carotenes such as alpha-carotene, beta-carotene and lycopene, the same nutrients that give tomatoes and carrots their vibrant colors. Please protect your clothes and laundry accordingly.
We have found that when using the product sparingly and applying it directly to the scalp, there have been few cases of patching, but we recommend doing a patch test on an inconspicuous area to be safe!
Application
1) As a pre-poo : Divide damp hair into 4 sections. Apply a thin line of hot sauce along the sections. Massage the product into the hair, especially the scalp. Leave the product in for 30 minutes before rinsing it out with a mild shampoo.
2) As a hot oil treatment: Leave the bottle of hot sauce in a container of hot water until it is warm. Divide damp hair into 4 sections. Draw a thin line of hot sauce along the hair section. Massage the product in thoroughly and leave it on for 30 minutes before washing it out with a mild shampoo.
3) Mix the hot sauce with your favorite hair conditioner: Mix a large amount of hot sauce into your favorite hair conditioner, apply the hair conditioner and let it absorb for 30 minutes before washing it out with a mild shampoo.
