How long does shipping take?
Our products usually reach you within Germany within 1-3 working days after your order. For deliveries to countries outside Germany, the shipping time is usually 3-6 working days.

Can I have my order delivered to a Packstation?
Of course, that’s no problem for us.
Please note the correct information at packing stations.

2. House number field = three-digit number of your desired Packstation
3. Address supplement = your postal number
