What is the difference between Mega Hold Gel and Enhancing Curl Gel?

It has a stronger, longer and firmer hold. This gel is a little thicker in consistency and contains natural sugars that lift the curls and hold them tighter during the drying process. The gel creates a stronger gel cast, which looks like a frozen crust, around your curls and they will initially feel very crunchy until this cast is broken up. To do this, wait until your curls are completely and 100% dry and then break it up by gently kneading your curls with your hands.

For best results, use Mega Hold Curl Gel after applying Only Curls Hydrating Cream. Place a small amount of gel in the palm of your hand and work it evenly into wet hair, section by section. To enhance curls, scrunch the gel into your hair upside down or tilt your head to the side to work it in evenly. Now let your hair air dry or diffuse it. The gel can form a hard gel layer, also called a gel cast (your hair will feel hard, as if it was frozen). After your hair is completely dry, scrunch the gel cast completely with your hands, optionally with a serum or oil, until your hair feels very soft. A silk scarf is also a good option here for less frizz.

Tip 1: Let your hair rest for 10-15 minutes before kneading out the cast. Finally, you can gently lift your hair directly at the roots with your fingers or an afro pick to create volume.
Tip 2: This product can also be used on non-wash days for a quick refresh of your curls.
